Apply for a US Passport

You can apply for a US Passport Book via the Online Passport Application website. Please note that there are now two types of passports: a passport book and a passport card. For travel to Niger, you must have a passport book.

  • If this is your first time applying for a passport, you will fill out and print the completed form, and apply in person at a Passport Acceptance Facility with the necessary supporting documentation as instructed by the Online Passport Application website.
  • If you are renewing your passport, you will fill out and print the completed form, and mail the form with the necessary supporting documentation to the appropriate location as instructed by the Online Passport Application website.

You may check the status of your application using one of the following methods:

  1. Online
  2. Emailing your request for a status check to the National Passport Information Center.
  3. Contacting the National Passport Information Center, toll-free, at 1-877-487-2778, from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays, to speak with a Customer Service Representatives.

Apply for an Air France Flying Blue Mileage Card

1. Apply online for an Air France Flying Blue membership number.

2. After successfully completing the forms online, please print your instantly assigned Flying Blue Number for your records, as it is likely you will not receive a membership card until after your first flight.

3. Please enter and save your Flying Blue Number in your {cms_selflink page=’apply-for-a-mission-team’ text=’Team Member Application’}.

>> If the Air France website is not working (it is often temperamental), you may call the Air France Flying Blue Program directly at 800.375.8723 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm, fax: 519-744-9692).

>> Retain all your boarding passes during your trip, as many times you will have to submit a copy of your boarding passes directly to Air France to get credit for your trip. Make sure you keep the boarding pass SPECIFICALLY with the Document Number or Ticket Number.
